What is PACE & What do we offer?


PACE is an online group fitness community and service where we connect live users to live professional instructors. Here at PACE we want to make online fitness easy, efficient and affordable for all our users. Offering a wide-array of classes across all North-American timezones.




How do I sign-up for classes with PACE?


You can sign up for classes by visiting our Book Class page here: www.paceapp.ca/book Scroll through our extensive-list of classes to see what we offer and how we can help you.




How can I cancel or change my booking in a class?


A booking can be managed on your profile page on our website. Go to: www.paceapp.ca/account/my-bookings 1) Click "Upcoming Classes" c 2) Hit "Manage" Class 3) Choose to Cancel or Change the bookiing ***All bookings have to be changed 15-minutes prior to the start of the booked class*** If you are having an issue with changing or altering your booking please contact support@paceapp.ca




Do I have to turn my video on during the class?


Absolutely not. Although for best performance and feedback from our instructors we strongly do recommend that you keep your video on during your class with PACE. This function is completely optional to the user. All our nstructors will have video on for the duration of the class.




What is the best way to contact the instructor?


Our instructors will be able to address any questions or concerns on the zoom class 5-10 minutes before the class starts or 5-minutes after the class is completed. Another way you can connect or reach out to our instructors is by following/contacting them on their social media pages. What types of payment do you take?


Here at PACE we are connected with Stripe, Paypal and Allipay. Each service we are connected with takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit. If you have any questions about payment please contact: support@paceapp.ca




How do I join the PACE team?


If you are interested in joing the PACE team and becoming a PACE Instructor with us. Please email your resume to steve@paceapp.ca We are always on the look-out for new opportunities and ideas.




I've signed up for a class where do I go from here?


After you have signed up for a class you should receieve a confirmation email to the email you entered along with the booking information within 15-minutes after booking. The confirmation email should look like this: Make sure you are booked in the correct class that you paid for. Put the class time in your mobile calendar so you do not forget. There will be no refunds for forgetten classes. When it comes to joining the class click the blue link that says "Join Zoom Meeting" and the class should pop-up in your browser.
